Side Walk Painting Continuing Youth Initiative –

At the June meeting of the Trinity Council some youth brought forward an idea to create a space at the entrance of the main doors of the sanctuary to show witness. To pause and to listen. Over the weekend youth came together to create their second vision of this place of witness.
The new pavement painted on Sunday is to recognize Truth and Reconciliation.  The youth are currently exploring other ways to learn about Truth and Reconciliation including the sharing the 94 calls of action each week at church until they are all read.

Thank you to the Chair of the Christian Life & Growth Team, Sandee MacLean, fellow Team Member – Gwyn Richards, our new Engagement & Communications Coordinator – Hannah Collicutt, and all the youth who took part. We hope your amazing work will help us to pause, to listen and to be in a place of witness.
